CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Federal agents swarmed businesses across the city of Cleveland, dismantling a major theft ring piece by piece.
A number of stores were targeted during the Thursday morning raids.
FBI agents made nearly a dozen arrests, but were still searching for two additional suspects at the noontime hour.
