CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - A 25-year old Cleveland man was indicted Friday on aggravated murder, kidnapping, and having weapons while under disability.
Andre Wilson is accused in the June 2008 shooting death of 35-year-old Sharrieff Mapp.
Police say Wilson and Mapp had words outside Cleveland's Honey-Do Bar on Vashti Street and Wilson told Mapp to get on the ground.
When Mapp did, Wilson pulled out a gun, shot him in the buttocks and ran.
The bullet hit a major artery and Mapp died.
