CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - People living in Cleveland are about to experience the city's money crunch first-hand.
The first of ten mandatory, unpaid days off for Cleveland city workers is Monday, April 5th
All essential services in the city will remain available.
Cleveland police are taking layoffs instead and fire department furlough days will be spread out.
Other city services will be slower. Plus, pools and recreation centers will cut hours.
