CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - New developments in a wild case of road rage.
Cops think they've found the truck used in the I-90 highway attack where a gunman shot a driver on I-90, after forcing his car off the road.
According to records, police got a call about a pick-up truck that had been parked on a street in Cleveland since the shooting.
Police say the truck even had paint marks matching the color of the victim's car.
Investigators also found gunshot residue inside the truck in multiple places and cops were able to get some DNA and fingerprints out of the truck.
At first police thought they might have a case of road rage but now they think differently.
"We've received several anonymous tips with reference to the shooting which leads us to believe the male suspect and victim both were familiar with each other from what we're gathering," said Bratenahl Police Sgt. Eliott Longley.
