This Sunday, Chris McCann, the President and COO of 1-800-FLOWERS will be seen doing a shift at the Fannie May Chocolate Factory (1-800-FLOWERS is their parent company) in Canton, Ohio, with a line operator named Nicole on the last episode of the season for Undercover Boss.

The factory produces 10 million pounds of chocolate a year.

Chris struggles with the quick pace needed to work on the chocolate covered pretzel conveyor belt. He can't keep up with building boxes, filling the boxes with chocolate and taping them shut for shipping. He's really impressed with Nicole's ability to do so -- and with her calm and patient manner while training him!

Watch Sunday, April 11 on CBS at 9pm.
