CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - The attorney for suspected serial killer Anthony Sowell has filed another motion asking the judge to get off the case.
Rufus Sims had already asked Judge Shirley Strickland-Saffold to do that because she had talked to another judge about him leaking mental health records concerning Sowell.
The new reason is because the judge is suing the Plain Dealer over comments about the case traced back to her email account.
On top of all that we reported exclusively Thursday night that Judge Saffold also got a handwritten note from the judge who leaked the records.
But she won't give it up.
