CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Funeral services were held Saturday morning for the man killed over a parking spot.
Family and friends filled up the Ferfolia Funeral Home in Sagamore Hills to say goodbye to 27 year old David Williams.
Williams was working the parking lot adjacent to Progressive Field when he was shot and killed over a parking spot.
He was shot three times while arguing with a customer over a parking spot before a Cleveland Cavaliers game. There were hundreds of people walking to the "Q" for a Cavaliers game Friday night when the shooting occurred.
Cleveland Police arrested 25-year-old Matthew Warmus of Uniontown, Ohio. Warmus has been charged with aggravated murder and pleaded not guilty to charges in court Tuesday morning. He says his actions were self defense.
Bond was set at two-million dollars.
