CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) – The suspect arrested for the murder of Angel Bradley-Crockett has been indicted.
30-year-old Stephon Davis has been hit with Aggravated Murder, Kidnapping and Robbery charges, plus Gross Abuse of Corpse.
Police say he murdered Bradley-Crockett then dumped her body on the side of the highway.
Davis was arrested on an Aggravated Murder warrant earlier this month on Cleveland's west side.
Bradley-Crockett's naked, bloodied and beaten body was found in the early morning hours on Monday, April 5th, on Interstate 90 at the West 41st Street exit.
The police department is under fire for misidentifying Angel's body as a deer.
Davis could face the death penalty if he's convicted.
