Indicted on Sex Charges: Former Music Teacher facing the Music

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -  A former music teacher has been indicted on one count of gross sexual imposition and one count of sexual imposition. The first is for touching a students breasts in 2005 and the second was for touching a students behind in 2006.

42-year old Patrick Janson is accused of fondling the girls at St. Joseph Academy while he was employed as a music teacher.

As a result of the current charges, Janson was re-indicted on the 16 counts of sexual battery filed in 2009 for engaging in sex with a 17-year-old female student between 2000 and 2002.

That time he had sex with the victim, who was a junior at the time, on school grounds and at his residence, then in South Euclid.

Janson's trial is scheduled for May 19, 2010.

A court date for the new charges has not been set.
