CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - A 25-year-old man accused of fatally shooting a downtown Cleveland parking lot attendant appeared in court Thursday morning.
Matthew Warmus pleaded not guilty to the murder of David Williams.
The 27-year-old was working at the parking lot on East 9th Street earlier this month when he and Warmus got into a fight over the cost of parking before a Cavs game.
Warmus then allegedly took a gun out of his car and shot Williams three times.
Bond was set at $1M dollars.
