CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - New details in the sweeping probe into corruption in Cuyahoga County.

According to the paperwork filed in federal court, it all went down at the Mirage Hotel and Casino in Vegas in 2008.

Federal prosecutors have charged Kleem with bribing County Commissioner Jimmy Dimora and County Auditor Frank Russo. Court papers do not identify Dimora or Russo, but they match descriptions of public officials mentioned in the charges.

Kleem is accused of paying a prostitute $1,000 dollars and escorting her to Dimora's suite.

Later, Dimora thanked him and said she was good, but chatty.

Kleem's Blaze Construction was awarded the multi-million dollar Snow Road project in Parma.

Dimora and Russo have yet to be charged in the federal probe.
