CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Breaking developments in the murder of a young Cleveland mother found naked, bloodied and beaten along I-90.

Angel Bradley-Crockett's body was found in the early morning hours on Monday, April 5th, on Interstate 90 at the West 41st Street exit.

Now, a second suspect - Latesha Santos - has been charged. Police have already charged career criminal 30-year-old Stephon Davis. He faces aggravated murder, kidnapping, robbery and gross abuse of a corpse charges.

Stefon Davis was in court earlier this week - charged with the mother of three's murder. Cleveland police say he murdered Bradley Crockett by beating and strangling her, but investigators did not reveal much more.

Now, murder charges have also been filed against Latesha Santos. Court records show she was with Davis at 66th and Charter on the Eastside. Bradley-Crockett died during a robbery and kidnapping.

The latest arrest comes on the heels of possible charges against two Cleveland police officers who misidentified Bradley-Crockett's body along I-90. They thought the slain woman's body was that of a dead deer.

19 Action News reported exclusively that a city prosecutor is involved  and considering some kind of criminal charges against the officers. Charges could come as early as today.
