CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Matthew Warmus is a free man after posting a whopping $1 million  cash bond.

The 25-year-old is accused of fatally shooting David Williams, a downtown Cleveland parking lot attendant.

Police say the two were arguing over a parking spot.

Warmus' father is John Warmus, the president of Warmus Builders which is a prominent construction company in Summit County.

It's believed that's how Matthew Warmus came up with his million dollar cash bond.

Warmus has pleaded not guilty.

He'll be back in court later this month.
