CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Eric Ryan is locked up without bail, after being arraigned on numerous charges.
The 27-year old is charged aggravated murder, kidnapping, aggravated robbery, and having weapons while under disability.
Ryan already has a 1999 conviction of aggravated robbery and felonious assault with firearm and peace officer specifications.
According to police, earlier this month, Ryan and another man walked up to four guys sitting on the front stoop on Elk Avenue in Cleveland.
They robbed the men at gunpoint but one of them, 33-year-old Jacob Cody, started running.
Ryan fatally shot him.
Ryan was arraigned Friday on another case where he robbed a woman walking to her car. That took place in March.
