NOAA tracks the Oil Spill in the Gulf

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - As the oil spill in the Gulf worsens the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association is tracking the progress of the oil which is still leaking out at a rate of 5,000 barrels a day.
