Stop!: Punk Kid Leads Police on High-Speed Chase

WILLOUGBY, OH (WOIO) - A 15-year-old boy busted for leading police on a high-speed chase that ended in a crash.

It happened on April 21st around 2:15PM.

Police say they tried pulling over the teen for not having visible license plates. The teen driver refused to stop, and raced down Euclid Avenue at speeds around 80 mph.

The teen lost control attempting a left-hand turn onto Grove Avenue and crashed. He then fled the vehicle on foot, but was found a short time later hiding in the basement of a building on Sharpe.

The punk kid faces multiple charges including fleeing and eluding and reckless operation.
