CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - A Cleveland man, arrested on a humbug, has been charged with Murder.

Vittorio Delgado was arrested earlier this week when cops went to his neighborhood to check out a disturbance call.

While there police realized the 37-year old was wanted in the death of Anthony Dickens.

When police knocked on Delgado's door a woman let a pit bull out. The dog, which was shot but police, survived.

Dickens was killed on January 3rd at 13705 West Avenue.
