FAIRLAWN, OH (WOIO) - Fairlawn Police released a composite sketch of the man they believe is responsible for trying to abduct a teenage girl on Sunday evening.

A 13-year-old female reported that while walking westbound on Trunko Road from a gas station on the corner of W. Market and Trunko, a light blue four-door pulled behind her and the male driver exited.

The suspect then reached out and grabbed the 13-year-old's arm while stating, "Come with me little girl, I'll take you home." The girl pulled away from his grasp and ran from him. She suffered no injury.

The suspect is described as a white man, 50-70 years of age, weighing 160-200 pounds. He is estimated to be 6' tall with white hair on the sides of his head with balding or extremely thin on top. He also has a white mustache.

Police believe the man is still in the area and may try to strike again.

Anyone with information regarding this incident is requested to contact Detective David Zampelli at 330 670-4310 or 330.670-4300.
