WILLOUGHBY, OH (WOIO) - A man tasered by Eastlake Police while being evicted will be in Willoughby Municipal Court Tuesday afternoon for a preliminary hearing.

Thomas Kosarik was tased multiple times on Friday, May 14th at 867 Quentin Road.

His girlfriend, Teri Cotton says her two autistic children were handcuffed and forced to lay face down in the dirt during the incident.

Cotton has a 14-year-old daughter and a 16-year-old son.

Cotton says Thomas Kosarik got into trouble in December of 2009 and January of 2010 after his depression medication Selexa caused him to go into manic rages.

Cotton also says she believes they were set up because everyone knew they were being evicted that day.

19 Action News obtained exclusive photos of Thomas and her kids handcuffed on the ground after being tased.
