Move It: 19 Action News Cited as Reason to Move Cleveland Strangler Trial

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Developing news in the trial of a suspected serial killer.

Attorneys for Anthony Sowell have filed yet another motion to have the high-profile trial moved out of Cuyahoga County.

This time, Sowell's legal representatives are citing 19 Action News stories are a reason. This, after 19 Action News showed exclusive crime scene photos from inside Sowell's house.

Attorneys are arguing that, due to the extremely high-profile case - they cannot possible select a fair and unbiased jury here.

The bodies of eleven woman were found in and around Sowell's Imperial Avenue home last November.

He faces the death penalty if convicted.
