CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - A seasonal Parks and Recreation worker for the city of Cleveland who had been charged for allegedly raping a missing 12-year-old girl was in court Saturday.

Bond was set for 23-year-old Michael Hudson at $150,000.

Police say Hudson was harboring the girl who left her home on May 5th. The child's mother notified police that her daughter was under home detention and left home without permission. There was increased concern for the girl's safety because she takes medication for bi-polar disorder and depression.

The 12-year-old was found by police and FBI agents early Wednesday morning at East 79th and Kinsman.
