MENTOR, OH (WOIO) - A terrifying ordeal at a Donato's Pizza in Mentor last weekend.

Two thugs walked into the Center Street pizza shop just before 1AM, and robbed the restaurant and two of its employees.

The first suspect - identified as 19-year-old Chulein V. Hardy - was confronted by a male employee in the kitchen. The Clevelander then shot the employee in the forehead with a pellet gun.

At the same time, the second suspect - who remains unidentified and at large - confronted a second male employee in the kitchen and repeatedly struck the employee with a baseball bat.

Hardy then shot the second employee in the side with the pellet gun.

Hardy was arrested and has been charged with aggravated robbery, abduction and felonious assault.

Police are still searching for the other thug - who is described as a white male, approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall, 150 lbs, with long brown hair and wearing a mask.

The case remains under investigation and the Mentor Police Department is actively pursuing leads to identify the second suspect involved in this robbery.
