Reward: Authorities Offer Cash for Suspect in 73-Year-Old's Death

AKRON, OH (WOIO) - A $1,500.00 reward is being offered to anyone who can help police catch the person who killed Clara Virginia Wilfong.

The 73-year old's body was found May 28th by family member's inside her Brown St. apartment. After entering, they found a man inside as well who jumped from her second story window and fled.

Wilfong had been sexually assaulted and the coroner ruled her death a homicide.

The U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering up the money.

Callers can remain anonymous.
