CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Two people are facing charges for robbing a man at an ATM at the Greenlight Shopping Center.
"Somebody was in a car and soon as he did it soon as he did it I heard "brrrrrrrr" and I looked there was a blue van going that way and down," said the victim, Lloyd Holland.
Hollard is 96-years old and wheelchair-bound.
Police arrested Rubin Austin and Pamela Kozlowski after a witness recognized Austin from the neighborhood.
