CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Another Cleveland business owner just charged with bribery as the County Corruption Investigation continues to expand.

19 Action News sources say this latest arrest could be an indication that the Feds are a step closer to picking up two of the biggest names in this investigation, Jimmy dimora and Frank Russo.

Joe Bibbo, who owns Midwest Paving, was arrested and charged with bribery and conspiracy to steal from programs that receive money from the U.S. Government.

According to the Feds, Bibbo gave $10,000 to former Maple Heights City School Treasurer Chris Krause in exchange for district contracts totalling more than 200-thousand dollars.

Bibbo is also accused of funneling bribes thru Sandy Klimkowski, a former school board member and County Auditor Frank Russo's right hand girl.

Klimkowski and Krause have both been charged in the probe.

The FBI believes bribes were being handed out as far back as 2005 at the Maple Heights City school district.
