Arrest: Police Make an Arrest in Deadly East Side Shooting

ARREST: CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - An arrest has been made in the murder of a Cleveland man killed Sunday night on Cleveland's east side.

Police say an argument over a woman resulted in the fatal shooting.

Cops were called to E. 93rd & Benham just before midnight for multiple gunshot victims.

Upon arrival, officers located the first victim in the middle of the street and three other victims with gunshot wounds. EMS responded and found Robert R. Mosby unresponsive with two gunshot wounds to the upper torso. The 35-year-old Cleveland man was pronounced dead on the scene by EMS.

Three other victims - 40-year-old Milton Milverton, 30-year-old Kelvin Bailey and 37-year-old Alfred Harrison III - were conveyed to MetroHealth Medical Center by EMS, where they were treated for their injuries.
