CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - A former Cleveland firefighter spending life in prison for the shooting deaths of three people received more bad news Thursday.

Terrance Hough's appeals have been denied.

Hough tried to beat the charges with all kinds of arguments including his attorney's were weak and the judge messed up during the trial.

Hough was convicted in the July 4, 2007 deadly shootings.

He got mad about fireworks noise and shot five people, killed three of them.

Hough also owes the victims families $2-million after losing a civil suit.
