CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Boaters beware! Law enforcement across the state are planning to saturate waterways looking for drunk boaters.
It's called Operation Dry Water and it's a national effort to save lives leading up to the July 4th holiday weekend.
The rules are the same as on the road.
A blood alcohol level of .08 means you're boating drunk.
The penalties include fines and even jail time.
