CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - A nearly five hour standoff in Cleveland ended with the arrest of a man and a mother of three.
Police say Nora Orozco and Kim Givener were both charged with Obstruction of Official Business and Child Endangering. Orozco was also charged with having a dangerous dog.
According to cops, the dog warden went to a home at W. 123rd and Belden earlier Friday to remove a dog.
While there Givener barricaded himself inside the home with Orozco and three children and refused to come out.
The incident turned into a SWAT situation after police arrived.
Eventually Givener gave up and police went in and removed Orozco and the kids.
No one was injured.
The children are in the custody of Children's Services.
