(WOIO) - It's official. U.S. and Russian officials have swapped prisoners charged with spying.
The exchange reportedly went down on the tarmac of an airport in Vienna.
It involved 10 people charged with spying for Russia in the U.S. and four men charged by Russia of spying for the West.
Thursday a federal judge accepted guilty pleas from the accused spies.
News sources say the swap happened quietly and quickly.
