EUCLID, OH (WOIO) - New developments in the shooting death of a 17-year-old Euclid boy.
Police says the person who shot and killed Dayton Williams is 18-year-old Raheem Cunningham. He will be charged with aggravated murder.
The deadly shooting happened on East 200th Street on Sunday just days before Williams' 18th birthday.
Police also say they have not ruled out charging the other two teens they questioned and released.
This isn't Cunningham's first brush with the law, as he was arrested for robbery in February of 2009. Police say he and two other juveniles robbed a developmentally handicapped juvenile.
Two weeks prior to Williams' murder, Cunningham was involved in a disturbance at Euclid Public Library where police were called.
