Six Years In the Slammer for Former CMSD Employee who Fleeced Taxpayers

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Judgement day for a former CMSD employee convicted of fleecing taxpayers.

Daniel Burns will spend the next six years behind bars. The former Cleveland Schools Chief Operating Officer was convicted of stealing more than $150K dollars by tampering with financial records.

Cleveland Metropolitan School District CEO Dr. Eugene Sanders issued the following STATEMENT to the Honorable Judge Dick Ambrose.
