CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Drug charges against Art Mckoy have been dropped.
"I have been free of all drug charges," said Art.
Art McKoy celebrated a legal victory Wednesday and says he's feeling good but mad as hell all at the same time.
McKoy's legal troubles began two years ago on Christmas Eve when his Superfly Barber Shop was raided by police and McKoy arrested for permitting drug use on his property.
And now the community activist wants retribution from County Prosecutor Bill Mason. They say Prosecutor Mason tried to railroad McKoy.
"We ought to call for Mason's resignation."
Cuyahoga County prosecutors never did reveal the identity of the informant saying it would put the informant's life at risk.
