Rat Him Out: Dangerous Fugitive Sought on Murder Charges

(WOIO) - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Joshua Browning.

Browning is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Cleveland Division of Police on homicide charges. On 7/2/10 Browning was the lone gunman in a shooting which took place on the 3000 block of W. 44th street in Cleveland.

Browning shot his male victim in the chest numerous times killing him on the scene. The shooting was in retaliation for the attempted murder of T.J. Simms a close friend of Browning. Browning mistook the male victim to be one of the suspects in the Simms shooting. Browning has a limited criminal history. It is unknown at this time if Browning is still armed. He should be approached with caution.

Browning is 20-year-old, white male who stands 6'02" tall and weighs approximately 230 lbs. He has black hair and hazel eyes. Browning has numerous family members and associates throughout Cleveland's west side. He has previously resided on the 3000 of W.46th Street. Browning is believed to hiding somewhere in the area of W.46th Street and Storer Avenue.
