CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Remember how your parents told you that eating carrots could help your eyesight? Well, now experts are dishing up a different food for better vision.
A new study says, older adults who eat fatty fish, at least once a week, may have a lower risk of serious vision loss from age-related macular degeneration.
The fish we're talking about is oily fish like salmon, mackerel and albacore tuna.
Researchers are doing a follow-up study now.
