HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, OH (WOIO) - A Highland Heights cop turns the tables on a couple of would-be robbers.

It happened early Saturday morning at W. 11th & Fairfield Avenue.

According to cops the 34-year old man, who happened to be an off-duty Highland Heights Police Officer, and 27-year old woman told police they were walking to their car when they were approached by three black males.

One pointed a gun at them and demanded money.
