CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Two Cleveland men who fled to Florida after a Westside shooting are once again on the run.

19-year-old Herbert McCloud and 30-year-old Samuel Jones skipped a Friday morning court appearance and now, warrants have been issued for their arrest.

McCloud and Jones were indicted on charges of attempted murder, felonious assault, aggravated robbery and having weapons while under disability.

On June 16, the 21-year-old victim and his friend were in their vehicle parked on West 44th Street when they were approached by McCloud and Jones.

The victim and friend left the area and drove home. The victim exited his vehicle once he was in his own driveway and was approached by McCloud and Jones. Jones then got into an altercation with the 21-year-old victim. While fighting, the victim was shot in the chest and is now paralyzed from the waist down as a result of his injuries.

The duo was later arrested after fleeing to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
