CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - The Cleveland woman accused in a savage and downright disgusting attack went before a judge Wednesday morning.

Jacqueline Ricks pleaded not guilty to charges of kidnapping and felonious assault. This, after the 48-year-old allegedly bit the lower ear off of her neighbor.

It happened inside Ricks' East 143rd Street home in the city in late June. Rick and the 33-year-old victim got into a heated verbal fight which turned physical. Ricks' boyfriend eventually separated the dueling duo, but not before Ricks allegedly chomped on the victim's ear.

A cop found the part of the victim's ear in the backyard, raced it to Metro and doctors were able reattach the severed ear.

Ricks bond was set at $50K dollars.
