CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - 19 Action News has learned there could be a possible indictment Monday against Maurice Lyons.

Lyons is accused of murdering his wife, 42-year-old Tonya Hunter-Lyons in front of her four-year-old son.

The brutal death happened Sunday, July 25th at their Walden Avenue home.

Lyons then allegedly dropped off the toddler at E. 28th Street and Cedar where a good Samaritan rescued him and called police.

The toddler told police about the murder and police arrested Lyons the next day outside Tower City.
