Gunmen held without bond for deaths of two teens

UPDATE: CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Two men accused of fatally shooting two teens and wounding three others went before a judge on Monday.

22-year-old Montez Logan and 22-year-old Demetrius Allen were indicted on charges of aggravated murder, attempted aggravated murder and having weapons while disability.

Both Logan and Allen pleaded not guilty to the charges.

On July 17th, five people were standing near a car parked in front of 3179 East 123rd Street when the thugs, armed with an AK-47 and a semi-auto handgun, walked up and opened fired on the car and the victims.

18-year-old Kenneth Green and 18-year-old Miley Slaughter were both fatally shot by the defendants. A 22-year-old male was shot and had to have his foot amputated as a result of his injuries. The other two males were not hit.

There were more than 50 shots fired from Logan and Allen.

The judge ordered both Logan and Allen be held without bond.
