Kenneth Lanci wants the court to stop the defendants from disposing of any county assets, including the AmeriTrust Tower. He also wants them prohibited from entering into any contract lasting any longer than the end of the year.

His suit also addresses recent revelations of irregularities on the Board of Revision, asking the court to stop Dimora and Russo from making any appointments to the board.

Finally, he wants to ban Russo from conducting or contracting for the 2011 county property appraisals. Lanci claims the actions of the elected officials he named have caused "irreparable harm" to everyone in the county.

The case has been assigned to Judge Christopher Boyko. No hearing date has been set.
