CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - A man accused of stealing a dying girl's wish pleads not guilty.

Hamza Abduhamdeh of North Olmsted is charged with three counts of grand theft.

14-year-old Sabreen Haq died of brain cancer in June.

Her last wish was a home for her mom and three siblings and a bedroom of her own.

The community raised 120-thousand dollars for her and the family trusted Abduhamdeh to buy a house.
