CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Channel 5 sports anchor, Terry Brooks pleaded not guilty Friday morning to charges of rape and kidnapping.

South Euclid Police say a 21-year-old woman says she went to Jack's Sports Bar in South Euclid with Terry Brooks between September 1, 2009 and September 14, 2009.  She says instead of taking her home, Brooks took her to his home in South Euclid, where he raped her.  She goes on to say he then dropped her off back at Jack's Sports Bar to get her car.

The rape was reported in January 2010.

Brooks was ordered to stay away from the victim.  He was also ordered to take an HIV test, which is common in rape cases.

His bond was set at $10,000.

WEWS placed Brooks on paid leave after the indictment last week.
