CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) – Cuyahoga County prosecutors have just filed new charges in an arson case and named a third suspect.

Last fall, fire broke out at a home on W.32nd and Franklin killing four people.

Cleveland Police arrested and charged Andre Williams and Anthony Brown for the blaze. The two went to trial but the jury couldn't decide if they were guilty or innocent.

Now, a third suspect has been named and charged after the way he testified during the first trial. The case will go to trial again with Lonnie Borders as their third suspect.

Investigators tell 19 Action News they believe all three men were in the house at the time of the fire.

No one seems to understand why this particular home was targeted. Neighbor Margie Castro tells 19 Action News "they were nice people…didn't deserve this."

Another jury will now try to decide if these three suspected firebugs deserve to go to prison.
