CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) – 19 Action News has just learned about a fallout from vicious dog attack.
This, after a pit bull bit three kids ages six to eleven in Slavic Village back in May.
Investigators say Bruce Newton didn't have the proper insurance or meet other city requirements for having a pit bull to begin with.
According to police, the dog acted up when animal officers attempted to take the animal into custody.
Newton ended up with probation, an order to pay $1,000 bucks and an order to go into a program to get his life together. The dog had to be put to sleep.
With some of ugliest bites seen this year, the dog's owner walked out of court with barely a scratch.
