New Fulton Road Bridge defaced with spray paint

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - The new Fulton Road Bridge that spans across the Cleveland Metropark Zoo has been defaced by spray painters.

The original bridge, constructed in 1932 was completely demolished on May 1st, 2007 and the new bridge was built and reopened by July 2010.

The new bridge features four lanes for traffic, a bicycle lane and a pedestrian path. The estimated cost of replacing the bridge rings in near $49M.
