CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OH (WOIO) - Federal officials and the Cuyahoga County, Ohio, Board of Elections negotiate how to uphold a Voting Rights Act of 1965 provision pertaining to Puerto Ricans being given an equal opportunity to cast their vote through the use of a bilingual ballot.

Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner offers a human perspective on why upholding this legislation is both the legally and morally right decision.
