Law school mistakenly e-mails students' names, grades

AKRON, Ohio (AP) - University of Akron Law School officials are trying to retrieve e-mails mistakenly sent out this week that listed hundreds of students' names and grade-point averages.
Students usually get a listing of all their classmates' GPAs to see how their grades compare with the rest of the students. However, those lists don't include students' names.
Law School Dean Richard Aynes says he's not sure if any Social Security or student ID numbers also were disclosed.
Aynes says a clerical mistake led to the e-mails being sent out to about 580 students.
