Treacherous weather ravaged Northeast Ohio Wednesday night.

Widespread reports of funnel clouds, hail, lightning and flash flooding.

Whipping winds and blinding rain brought down trees and power lines across the viewing area, and thousands are without power this hour.

Large hail also left a path of destruction, nailing everything from cars to lawn furniture.

Police in Summit County tell 19 Action News most of the storm's wrath hit on the city's eastside. Lots of trees and wires down, and some buildings sustained damage.

And we're not out of the woods just yet. The elements are still in place for another wave of severe storms.
