Help police catch fugitive Frank Henry

The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Frank Henry.

Henry is wanted by the U.S. Marshals, and the Cleveland Police Department on charges of aggravated assault and kidnapping. On 2/26/11 it's alleged that Henry was involved in an altercation with his girlfriend. Henry and the woman had a disagreement and began to argue. Henry then repeatedly punched the woman in the face and proceeded to drag her throughout the house by her hair. Henry began to strangle the victim with both hands as she resisted. The altercation ended after the victim was drug outside to the porch and severally beaten with an empty liquor bottle. Henry then quickly fled the scene before police arrived. Henry has a long history of violence in his background and is known to involved in drug trafficking.

Henry is a 30 year old black male standing approximately 6'01", and weighing 240 pounds. He has black hair and has brown eyes. Henry is known to use the alias "ANTWON". Henry is known to drive a 1970 Cadillac Deville and was last seen driving a 1998 beige truck (model-Montana). Henry has numerous associates and family members throughout the Cleveland area. Henry has previously resided at 14502 Terrace Road in East Cleveland. Henry is known to frequent the East Cleveland area as well as the area around E.79th Street and Superior Avenue.
